  1. ½ cup italian dressing
  2. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  3. 1 garlic clove, minced
  4. Sprinkle of CattleBoyZ Gourmet Seasoning
  5. 2 whole portabello mushrooms
  6. 1 large red onion, cut into thick slices
  7. 1 pound top sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
  8. ½ teaspoon of CattleBoyZ Gourmet Seasoning
  9. CattleBoyZ Original BBQ Sauce
  1. Combine dressing, red wine vinegar, garlic and Pepper Blend in glass pie plate
  2. Makes 2/3 cup marinade
  3. Remove stems from mushrooms
  4. Scrape and discard black gills from around underside of mushrooms with a spoon
  5. Place mushrooms in marinade
  6. Turn to coat
  7. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  8. Preheat lightly sprayed electric grill to high
  9. Drain and boil marinade for 5 minutes
  10. Reserve for basting
  11. Cook mushrooms and red onion on grill for 7 to 8 minutes, turning and basting with reserved marinade several times, until onions are tender-crisp
  12. Sear steak on grill for 1 minute per side
  13. Sprinkle both sides with salt and Pepper Blend
  14. Brush with Cattle Boyz Original BBQ Sauce
  15. Remove to cutting board
  16. Cut into thin slices across grain
  17. Arrange on platter
  18. Cut mushrooms into thin slices
  19. Quarter onion slices
  20. Arrange over top of steak to serve
