CATTLEBOYZ ORIGINAL CHILI CHEESE BURRITOS

Ingredients
  1. 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  2. 1 medium onion, sliced
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 lb (450g) lean ground beef
  5. 1/2 cup (125 ml) CattleBoyZ Original BBQ Sauce
  6. 1 cup chunky salsa
  7. 2 tbsp (30 ml) CattleBoyZ Smokey Southwestern Seasoning and Rub
  8. 1 cup (250 ml) canned kidney beans, drained
  9. 4 10-inch (25 cm) soft tortilla shells
  10. 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) Cheddar cheese, grated
  11. 4 tbsp (60 ml) sour cream
  12. 1/4 head lettuce, shredded
  13. 2 tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat
  2. Add onions and garlic
  3. Saute for 2 minutes, until soft
  4. Add ground beef to skillet and cook until browned
  5. Drain off excess fat
  6. Stir in salsa, CattleBoyZ Smokey Southwestern Seasoning and Rub and CattleBoyZ
  7. Bring to a simmer
  8. Reduce heat to medium
  9. Cover and simmer for 1 hour
  10. Add kidney beans and continue cooking 10-15 minutes
  11. Place tortilla shells on a flat surface
  12. Spoon ground beef mixture evenly onto one side of each tortilla shell
  13. Place 1/4 (50ml) cheese, 1 tsp (15 ml) sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes on top of ground beef
  14. Fold shell over filling
  15. Fold in sides of shells and finish rolling the rest of the way around filling tucking in sides as you go
  16. Garnish burritos with remaining cheese and place in oven on broil just until cheese melts
  17. Serve with chili sauce
