  1. 1 pound of Lean ground beef (the higher quality of ground beef, the better it will be)
  2. ½ of a medium yellow onion, or 2 Shallots
  3. 1 teaspoon of CattleBoyZ Big Country Garlic Seasoning
  4. ½ cup of Mozzarella or ¼ cup each of Mozza and Cheddar
  5. 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
  6. Dash of worcestshire sauce
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or cracker crumbs)
  9. 2 Tbsp of CattleBoyZ Original BBQ Sauce
  10. 4-6 slices of Bacon
  1. In a Medium Frying Pan, cook bacon on low heat until crispy; about 10 minutes
  2. Once the bacon is cooked, set aside on paper towel to remove any excess grease
  3. Pour out all of the grease in the pan except for approximately 1 tablespoon
  4. Set the pan aside while you slice the onions
  5. Once the onions are diced into approximately 1 cm cubes, caramelize them in the bacon grease that was left over from the pan you used to cook the bacon (This should take about 5 minutes on low – medium heat)
  6. In a medium bowl, add the ground beef
  7. Then chop the bacon into small bits and add them
  8. Once the onions have cooled off, add them into the bowl
  9. Add the rest of the ingredients and then start to mix everything together thoroughly
  10. Do not over-mix it, as this will make the burgers tough
  11. Once all the ingredients are mixed well, form them into patties (Make them about ¾ inch thick)
  12. Lightly coat both sides of the patties with oil and place on a medium heat grill for about 8 minutes per side
  1. Cook times may vary depending on the grill
