  1. We prefer baby back ribs, however, lean spareribs or beef ribs also work great and are sometimes priced more affordably
Oven method
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Put the ribs into a roasting pan and pour CattleBoyZ sauce over them, covering them completely.
  3. Every 15-20 minutes in the oven, take out and baste with CattleBoyZ Original sauce.
  4. The ribs should be dark, dark brown when ready. Cooking times will vary from product to product.
  5. Remove from the oven and ENJOY!
Grill method
  1. Over medium to low heat cook and baste, temp of 200 is perfect for ribs, it will take about 4 +/- hours
  2. If you like them without sauce, use our CattleBoyZ Smokey Southwestern Seasoning and Rub with garlic or our CattleBoyZ Smokin and Grillin Rub and Seasoning.
  1. Do not Boil, is not required if the ribs are freshly and just reduces the flavor. If you are cooking beef ribs, using a sharp knife, remove excess skin/fat from the backside of the rack. Use paper towel to pull the silverskin off the back of the ribs
