Specially formulated for smoking and low and slow grilling. Similar to the Smokey Southwest but with more sugar, herbs and less heat. This is meant for applying heavily to “dry seasoned” ribs, roasts, briskets and pork. The sugar in it acts as a binder to the product and holds the seasoning in place. Creates a desirable nice dark bark on the product. Enjoy!
